2. Service Description

Armygateways provides a platform for booking meet and greet experiences with celebrities, including but not limited to K-pop artists, actors, musicians, and other public figures. Our services include:

• Celebrity booking and scheduling
• Event coordination and management
• Fan membership programs
• Charity donation facilitation
• Brand ambassador and modeling contract applications

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official platform. Bookings are subject to celebrity availability and our approval process.

3.2 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers
• Additional fees may apply for special requests or premium services

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled meeting are eligible for a 50% refund
• Celebrity Cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling will be offered if a celebrity cancels
• Emergency Cancellations: Handled on a case-by-case basis

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Appropriate Behavior

Users must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all interactions. This includes:

• Respecting personal boundaries of celebrities
• Following all venue rules and regulations
• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
• Dressing appropriately for the occasion

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Recording or photographing without explicit permission
• Requesting personal contact information
• Inappropriate physical contact
• Bringing unauthorized gifts or items
• Sharing confidential information about celebrities

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of both our clients and celebrity partners. All personal information shared during the booking process and meet and greet sessions is confidential. Users agree not to disclose private conversations or personal details shared by celebrities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Armygateways or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Armygateways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, acts of terrorism, or other causes which are beyond our reasonable control.

9. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old to book services independently. Minors may participate with parental consent and supervision. Special terms apply for bookings involving minors.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
